Commencement of Action

A small claims action shall be commenced

by the filing in the District Court of a Small Claims Notice of Suit and any other

required document in a form prescribed by the District Court. The most current

version of the forms are located on the Judiciary's website at www.courts.ri.gov

under the heading of Public Resources, Forms.
