R.I. Disciplinary Bd. R. 3.12
Proof of service
There shall accompany and be attached to the original of
each pleading or other document filed with the Board, when service is required to
be made by the parties, a certificate of service substantially in the form prescribed
by Section 3.13 of these Rules (relating to certificate of service). All other copies
filed shall be fully conformed thereto.
