Filing and docketing
A complaint shall be filed with the Commission
by delivering it to the Chairperson personally or sending it to the Chairperson by
certified mail, return receipt requested. The Chairperson shall keep a docket in which
he or she shall keep a record of the filing of complaints and their final disposition.
