Conference Agenda

The judicial coordinator(s) and the Director shall

prepare an agenda for approval by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court. The

conference agenda shall be submitted to each judicial officer at least fifteen (15)

days prior to such meeting. Any judicial officer may propose other business at the

conference but the agenda business shall take precedence over any such proposals.
