R.I. Sup. Ct. R. Art. VII, Canon 2
Media
For purposes of these rules the term “media” includes persons
engaged in televising, broadcasting, videotaping and/or photographing (either with
still or motion picture camera) of court proceedings. Persons engaged in taking
written notes for the printed press shall not be included in the term, except where
specifically so indicated.
