York Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Orphans' Court Procedure Rule 7.6.1
Uncontested Motions
In order to obtain an Order from the Court on any uncontested or stipulated motions, a
party must file a motion for disposition of an uncontested matter in compliance with York
R.C.P. 205.1, provided that the motion includes the certificate as set forth in York R.C.P.
208.2(d)(2). At all times, however, the filing office shall remain the York County Clerk of
the Orphans’ Court for all Orphans’ Court pleadings.
