York Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Orphans' Court Procedure Rule 3.9.1
Preliminary Objections
Parties shall comply with all requirements of York R.C.P. 1028(c) and 208.3(b) for
disposition of preliminary objections.
Comment
Any reference to a rule which would require filing legal papers in a designated filing office
should be understood in these rules to require filing legal papers with the Clerk of Orphans’
Court or Register of Wills.
