Objections to Accounting or Petitions for Adjudication/Statements of
Proposed Distribution.
(e) Stay of Proceeding/Hearing
(1) Upon receipt of objections to Account, the Court may rule summarily or stay
further proceedings until a ruling on the objections are made, or may schedule
further proceedings, as may be determined as necessary by the Court.
(2) Objections made orally at the call of the Audit List shall thereafter be filed in
writing within seven (7) days with notice provided pursuant to Pa.R.O.C.P. 2.7 (a).
