Involuntary Termination of Parental Rights

(d) (3) Minor Parent. When the termination of the parental rights of a parent

who has not attained the age of 18 years is sought, unless the Court finds the parent is

already adequately represented, the Court shall appoint an attorney to represent the

parent regardless of financial circumstances.
