Filing Legal Papers
All legal papers shall be filed with the Clerk of the Orphans’ Court or the Register of Wills in
accordance with York R.C.P. 205.1.
Comment
Any reference to a rule which would require filing legal papers in a designated filing office
should be understood in these rules to require filing legal papers with the Clerk of Orphans’
Court or Register of Wills.
