York Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 208.2(e)

(1) A moving party shall file a Certification of Good Faith for every motion relating to discovery

that the party has conferred, or attempted to confer, with all interested parties in an attempt to resolve the

matter without court action, and has been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution of the issues presented,

and shall set forth the details of the efforts made to resolve the matter.

(2) The Certification of Good Faith shall be substantially in the following form:
