Procedure After Issuance of Rule to Show Cause
After the time has expired for a response on a Rule to Show Cause and no response has been filed,
the relief requested may be presented to the Court by the filing of a Motion for Rule Absolute with the
Prothonotary and a clocked in copy forwarded to Court Administration for assignment to a judge.
