Westmoreland Cnty. C.P. Orphans' Rules RULE WO 2.6
AUDIT LIST
The President Judge shall decree and the Clerk of the Orphans' Court shall publish in the Westmoreland Law Journal for three consecutive weeks commencing the second week of November a list of dates of audit and the schedule of filing periods as related to the audit dates for the following year.
The audit list will be called and accounts audited on the dates of audit scheduled by
order of court, and will continue until the cases on the list have been heard or other
disposition made. All accounts on the audit list filed by an attorney or firm shall be listed
together on the audit list.
