Westmoreland Cnty. C.P. Criminal Rules RULE WC 107.1
RECORDS OF WESTMORELAND COUNTY CHILDREN’S BUREAU IN CRIMINAL CASES
No records of the Westmoreland County Children’s Bureau shall be produced in any
criminal case, except upon issuance of a subpoena, which shall comply with Pennsylvania
Rule of Criminal Procedure 107, and which shall be served upon the Westmoreland County
Solicitor.
Adopted August 1, 2024, effective September 16, 2024.
