Westmoreland Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Court RULE WO 14.6
PETITION
(a) In addition to the allegations required by statute or Supreme Court Rule, when the
Petitioner has knowledge that the alleged incapacitated person is a fiduciary, the
Petitioner shall indicate this to the Court by averment.
