Westmoreland Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Court RULE WC 541
WAIVER OF PRELIMINARY HEARING
The district justice may accept a Waiver of the Preliminary Hearing in accordance
with Pa.R.Crim.P. 541. The district justice will schedule the court arraignment in accordance
with Westmoreland County Rule of Criminal Procedure WC542(b) and inform the
defendant of the time and place of arraignment.
Adopted December 16, 1993, effective April 1, 1994. Revised and renumbered from WC140A May 10, 2001,
effective July 2, 2001.
