Westmoreland Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Court RULE WC 112
PUBLICITY, BROADCASTING, AND RECORDING OF PROCEEDINGS
Broadcasting, televising, recording or taking photographs of any type anywhere in
the courthouse during the progress of or in connection with any criminal judicial
proceeding is prohibited.
Adopted December 16, 1993, effective April 1, 1994. Revised and renumbered from WC328 May 10, 2001,
effective July 2, 2001. Rescinded May 24, 2021.
