Westmoreland Cnty. C.P. Civil Rules 1
All pleadings and legal papers filed with the Prothonotary should be on white paper
approximately 8-1/2 inches by 11 inches, [with printed matter 6-1/2 inches by 9 inches]
with one inch margins on all four (4) sides. The lettering should be clear and legible and
no smaller than point 11.
