The President Judge shall have authority to approve, reject, modify, or dismiss the
recommended decision. Any interested party shall have twenty (20) days from the date
of the recommended decision to submit any exceptions to the President Judge. The
President Judge may act on the recommended decision without further input from the
constable or complainant, or conduct further proceedings including, but not limited to,
argument, briefing, and/or a hearing.
