Opening and Closing Statements

Except as otherwise directed by the Court, one attorney for each party or group of parties

having the burden of proof shall address the jury at the conclusion of the evidence, after

which the attorney for each adverse party or group of parties shall sum up. Rebuttal

statements shall be permitted in the discretion of the Court.
