Peremptory Challenges
After the examination of jurors is completed, counsel, or a party if unrepresented, shall
report to the Court those jurors whom they agree may be stricken for cause. If counsel are
unable to agree that a juror should be stricken for cause, the Court shall make the just cause
determination and may question the prospective juror to resolve the challenge for cause.
Thereafter, counsel, or a party if unrepresented, shall proceed to exercise their respective
peremptory challenges, and the remaining jurors shall be sworn in as the petit jury.
