Concise Statement of Applicable Authority

Every motion shall include a concise statement of the applicable authority on which the

Court may rely to provide the relief sought by the moving party. The requirements for

providing a concise statement of applicable authority with any motion are set forth in Wash.

L. R. Civ. P. 208.2.
