Washington Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Civil Procedure (Updated August 1, 2025) Rule 200
Representation by an Attorney
(1) Individuals may represent themselves or be represented by an attorney.
(2) A corporation or similar entity, or an unincorporated association, must be represented
by an attorney in all matters and proceedings before the Court.
Note: A corporation may appear in court only through an attorney at law admitted to practice
before the court. Walacavage v. Excell 2000, Inc., 480 A.2d 281 (Pa. Super. 1984).
