Washington Cnty. C.P. Local Rules of Civil Procedure (Updated August 1, 2025) Rule 106
Computation of Time
Whenever the last day of any such period shall fall on a holiday as established by the
County of Washington or the Court, or on any other business day that the courthouse is
closed, such day shall be omitted from the computation.
