AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
AND NOW, this g:_;;t;; day of June, 2023, the Court's Administrative Order of May 26,
2023 is amended as follows to reflect the correct dates contained herein:
1. The Prothonotary, the Register of Wills, and the Clerk of the Orphans' Court for
(henceforth referred to as "the filing offices") shall be closed to all but emergency and
essential filings starting on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at 12:00 p.m. and ending on
Tuesday, June 20, 2023, at 8:30 a.m.
2. For the purposes of filing of documents under any applicable rules of court, filings that
were required to be submitted no later than Thursday, June 15, 2023, shall be deemed
timely if filed before the close of business on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
It is further ORDERED that the District Court Administrator is directed to post a copy of
this Order on the entry doors to the Courthouse and at the entrance to the Prothonotary and Register
of Wills. A copy of this Order shall be transmitted to the Washington County Bar Association for
distribution to its members via email.
