ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

AND NOW, this 28" day of July, 2025, effective immediately, is it ORDERED

ADJUDGED, and DECREED

1. The Court’s prior Administrative Order concerning DUI Central Court, dated April 16,

2025, is hereby vacated;

2. All DUI cases involving a felony charge (other than a felony DUI charge), shall not be

referred to DUI Central Court; AND

3. All DUI cases wherein any of the charged offenses contain a victim, shall not be

referred to DUI Central Court
