Tioga Cnty. C.P. Civil Rules of Court TC 12.5(e)
Appointment of Guardian, Minor
Appearance at Presentation of Petition. Except as may be required by the Court
in certain circumstances, the appearance of the minor in Court to make the selection of a
guardian of the estate is not required. The appearance in Court of a minor over the age of
fourteen (14) years shall be necessary in all cases involving appointment of a guardian of
the person.
