Tioga Cnty. C.P. Civil Rules of Court TC 10.1
Appeal Form – Register of Wills
Appeals taken from the judicial actors or proceedings of the Register shall be
addressed to the Orphans’ Court Division Common Pleas of Tioga County, but filed with
the register; shall specify the points upon which based; and shall set forth the names of all
interested parties and the necessary jurisdictional facts. A copy shall be sent to the Court
Administrator.
