Philadelphia Cnty. C.P. Municipal Court-Civil Rule 144
Effective Date
These Rules shall be effective December 11, 1984, and shall apply to all claims or actions filed in
or transferred to the Court on or after December 11, 1984. These Rules shall not apply to claims
or actions filed in or transferred to the Court pri or to December 11, 1984, unless such claims or
actions are dismissed or withdrawn without prejudice and re instated on or after December 11,
1984.
