Philadelphia Cnty. C.P. Municipal Court-Civil Rule 129
Subpoena
A subpoena to testify or for the production of documents or things shall be in substantially the
same form as in the Court of Common Pleas. Pretrial discovery is not available in the Philadelphia
Municipal Court.
Note: Amended by the Board of Judges December 9, 1988, General Court Regulation 89-1-MC, effective
February 1, 1989.
