Philadelphia Cnty. C.P. Municipal Court-Civil Rule 122
Notice of Entry of Judgment and Orders
a. Written notice of the entry of judgment shall be mailed promptly, by regular mail, by the
Municipal Court Ad ministrator to any person who failed to appear at the trial in person or by
counsel, but the failure of any party to receive such notice shall not constitute ground for re lief
from judgment.
b. Written notice of continuance, dismissal or the entry of any other order in a claim shall be mailed
promptly, by regular mail, by the Municipal Court Administrator to all parties, but the failure to
receive the same shall not constitute ground for relief from said order.
c. Judgments shall be deemed entered on the date on whi ch the Judge announces a decision from
the bench, or, when taken under advisement, the date of the decision sent by the Judge.
