RULE NCV-208.2(e). CERTIFICATION IN DISCOVERY MOTION OF ATTEMPT TO
RESOLVE
A motion relating to discovery must include a certification by counsel for
the moving party that an attempt was made by reasonable effort to resolve the
matter.
