Northumberland County

RULE NCV-208.2(d). CERTIFICATION OF UNCONTESTED MOTIONS

If counsel for the moving party determines that a motion is uncontested by

all parties involved in the case, counsel shall file a certification that the motion is

uncontested, and provide a proposed order.
