RULE NCV-208.2(c). MOTION TO INCLUDE STATEMENT OF APPLICABLE
AUTHORITY
All motions, except continuances or scheduling matters, must include a
brief statement of the applicable authority by citation to a statute, rule of court or
other authority being asserted as the basis for the requested relief.
