Form and Briefs

(a) Each brief shall contain (1) a procedural history of the case, (2) a statement of the

pertinent facts, (3) a statement of the questions involved, and (4) the argument.

(b) The argument shall be divided into as many parts as there are questions involved.

Citations to opinions of an appellate court of this or another jurisdiction shall be to the official

reporter of that court.
