Luzerne Cnty. C.P. Local Rules Rule 208.2(d)

Certificate of Concurrence/Non-concurrence

All motions shall contain a certification by the moving party that the moving party has

sought concurrence in the motion from all interested parties and, where appropriate, that the

motion is presented as uncontested.
