Luzerne Cnty. C.P. Local Rules Rule 101
Principles of Interpretation
In the construction of any rule, the principles set forth in the chapter of the Pennsylvania
Rules of Civil Procedure designated “Rules of Construction” shall be observed unless the
application of such principles would result in a construction inconsistent with the manifest
intent of the court.
