Lehigh Cnty. C.P. Criminal Court Local Rules 5
In the event that a Bail Bondsman is acting as an agency, who
employs or contracts with more than one individual person who serves as a Bail
Bondsman, that agency must attach to the petition a list of all individuals who are licensed
and appointed with a n Insurer to act as a duly appointed Bail Bondsman who are
authorized to act on its behalf of the agency;
