Lehigh Cnty. C.P. Criminal Court Local Rules 14
failing to return collateral taken as security on any bond to the
depositor of such collateral, or the depositor's designee, within forty-five (45) business days
following the conclusion of the case as defined by the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal
Procedure.;
