Lehigh Cnty. C.P. Civil Court Local Rules Rule 229
Discontinuance
Upon the filing of a praecipe to settle, discontinue and end an action, the filing party shall
deliver a copy of same to the court administrator’s office for transmittal to the assigned judge.
