Lehigh Cnty. C.P. Civil Court Local Rules Rule 210
Form of Briefs
(1) Each brief shall contain (1) a history of the case, (2) a statement of the pertinent
facts, (3) a statement of the questions involved, and (4) the argument.
(2) The argument shall be divided into as many parts as there are questions involved.
Citations to opinions of an appellate court of this or another jurisdiction shall be
to the official reports of that court.
