Lebanon Cnty. C.P. Orphans' Court Rules 8

If objections are filed to said report prior to the

activein force · 2026-09-30 – presentact-effective-date

confirmation thereof, the Court shall fix a time and place for the

hearing of said objections and then either dismiss said objections

and set apart said real estate or sustain the objections and appoint

two other appraisers or take such action as the Court may deem

just and appropriate.
