Lebanon Cnty. C.P. Orphans' Court Rules 4
If no objection or answer containing objections to the
allowance of said claim is filed with said Court within twenty (20)
days after the filing of said petition, the Court may grant the prayer
of the petition and fix a time and place for a hearing on said
petition and thereafter proceed to determine the matter, with or
without the appointment of appraisers to determine the value of
said articles.
