Lebanon Cnty. C.P. Orphans' Court Rules 3
Notice of the filing of any such petition shall be mailed or
delivered to the personal representative or representatives of the
decedent’s estate, if any; to the attorney for the estate, if any; to the
person having possession of the personal property claimed if the
possessor is other than the Petitioner or the personal representative;
and to all interested parties in said estate as surviving spouse,
beneficiary or next of kin. A copy of said notice shall be attached
to said petition. Such notice need not be given to any person
whose waiver of said notice is attached to the petition.
