Lancaster Cnty. C.P. Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 257
Money Paid Into Court
Unless otherwise provided by the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure, a local
rule or order of Court, a party seeking to pay money into Court shall file a petition which
conforms to Pa. R.Civ.P. 2303(a)(1)-(4). Service shall be pursuant to Pa. R.Civ.P. 440,
and proof of service shall be pursuant to Local Rule 440.1. A petition shall be governed
by Pa. R.Civ.P. 206.6 and 206.7.
