Lancaster Cnty. C.P. Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 227.1
Post Trial Relief
The party filing a post-trial motion shall serve a copy of the motion on the trial judge
on the same day the motion is filed. That party shall also deliver to the trial judge the
original and necessary copies of a proposed order for the transcription of the record. The
trial judge shall enter an order addressing the transcription of the record and a briefing
schedule.
