If approved for placement in the VTC, the Defendant, Counsel, if any, and the

activein force · 2026-09-30 – presentact-effective-date

Commonwealth will be notified accordingly and a date will be scheduled for

placement in the VTC. At which time the Defendant will be required to execute

such forms as may be required for the respective Track that the Defendant will be

enrolled.
