EFFECTIVE DATE. APPLICATION TO PENDING ACTIONS

(a) These rules shall be effective thirty days after publication in the Pennsylvania

Bulletin.

(b) Unless otherwise ordered for cause shown, these rules shall apply to

actions pending on the effective date.
