DISCOVERY MOTION CERTIFICATE

Any motion relating to discovery must contain a certification that counsel has

conferred or attempted to confer with all interested parties in order to resolve the matter

without court action.

NOTE: Adopted June 29, 2004, effective July 26, 2004.
