RANDOM ASSIGNMENT
Civil cases set forth in FCR 201(a) shall be assigned randomly by the
Prothonotary’s computer system to a Judge. Those cases which have not yet been
assigned and require an emergency determination as provided in FCR 208.3(a)(1)(iii)
will be immediately assigned randomly by the Prothonotary’s computer system, after the
President Judge approves the case as being in compliance with FCR 208.3(a).
